This module is part of BANKSETA’s “Capacity Building for Employees” learning programme that aims to equip you with the critical competencies you need to survive and thrive in work and in life.
We accept that leaders of this century need to cope with and respond to increasingly complex organisational issues. This, and the added burden of economic downturn and widespread uncertainty have leaders everywhere looking for new ways forward. Leaders are expected to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to problems at work. Innovative and creative thinking and the leadership that supports it, is therefore key to finding what’s new, what’s better, and what’s next.
